Nothing is more important than a customer database. Prado’s rule states that 80% of sales are generated by 20% of the customers. Our capabilities extend to customer database compiling and maintenance. We help our customers capture response data, we categorize the response by campaign, type of offer, date, and other unique characteristics.
We also offer demographic data appending. This enables profiling of the response data for effective cloning of prospects while searching for new customers or categorizing current customers by their unique data points. We keep the data current using the postal National Change of Address database looking back 4 years for changes.
We use other database servicing routines including CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) for address standardization, to merge and purge duplicates while building out a new customer-based marketing list. Further our updating routines add apartment or condo missing unit numbers.
Our database service processing routine can even flag seasonal addresses. We also maintain email addresses and append emails to postal addresses or vice versa. Our goal is to provide a robust and unique customer database available for ongoing campaigns.
